As many of you know I have my day job and recently bought a sports training facility in Fayetteville. Because of my schedule I have decided to change up the way we do the classes for now. I am hoping this will be a temporary solution that will allow all who want to continue practicing this yoga that opportunity. I am finalizing the details and if you are interested email me at joejester8@yahoo.com and I will send you the finalized plan. Basically we will continue the class schedule and have the opportunity to add sessions that work for others. The class will be a recdording of Bikram teaching and everyone will share the cost of the room and heat. Depending on the number of people interested the cost estimate will be around 25$ a month and you can come to as many classes as you would like.
The new heating system has been installed but we have to work out a few kinks that we are having with it. That being the case, there will be no classes this weekend.
